The rock music genre is a vast group of different music types that often mutate into different sub genres.
Where should we start, well let's take one compilation album of 'classic rock' and run through each track.
The album we are going to use is 'Ultimate Rock - The Classics' this is a 5 CD compilation which includes a very good selection from which you and I can explore the genre.
